Let's start with where we are with the UMEA circuit. What can we do to make it a more level playing field?

What can WE do to make things better?

Spoiler alert... we can make coordinated proposal efforts! Why wait until the proposal season (and holiday concert madness) to begin drafting and getting ridiculed or cut off by the duck alarm in St. George when we can bounce ideas and get feedback NOW to expedite the process later and make real change?

I have given some points and ideas here which are a conglomeration of what many of us have talked about. How can we make these better? Who is passionate about some of these particular points and is willing to "claim" them for their proposals this year?

To coordinate and kick this off, I've gone ahead and created this BAND for moderated discussion (to keep non-marching folks in the facebook page sane).

Additionally, here is a Google Sheet with templates for topics and those who wish to "spearhead" those specific proposals.

Finally, if you would be interested in trying a new show or circuit, please reach out directly. After discussions on Facebook, it sounds like many are opposed to this concept. Please reach out and help me understand your perspective, be it in support or opposition. ALL Feedback on the proposed structure is appreciated. Should enough of us deem it worthy, all of us deserve a say in how it goes!
